The Membership Process

1. Walk with Us – Before becoming a member, we encourage you to attend our services and be part of our community for at least three months. This time allows you to experience our church culture, grow spiritually, and connect with others.

2. Membership Course – During this period, you will participate in a five-session course designed to help you understand who we are as a church. In these meetings, you’ll learn about:

• Our faith and beliefs
• How Vida Plena functions as a church
• The importance of serving and volunteering
• How we operate as a community, walking together in unity and love

3. Join the Family – After completing the course and spending time with us, you’ll have the opportunity to officially become a member. Membership is not just a title; it’s a commitment to grow in faith, serve with joy, and be an active part of what God is doing through Vida Plena.

Water baptism is a powerful declaration of faith and a key step in the life of every believer. It represents a public commitment to follow Jesus, leaving behind the old life and embracing the new life in Christ. After completing these sessions, we hold a special baptism service where you will publicly declare your faith and be immersed in water as a symbol of your new life in Christ.

General volunteering - Some areas in the church allow new volunteers to start serving right away. Once our pastors and leaders recognize a heart willing to serve, you can join teams where no prior experience or long-term commitment is required. These roles are a great way to connect with the church family and be active in God’s work.

Ministries - Other areas of service require a deeper level of involvement. To serve in leadership, worship, teaching, or ministries that require spiritual guidance, it's important to have a closer walk with the pastors and the leadership, so your heart can be aligned with ours.
